Vollkontakt (In development)

2026 – 100 Min.

We bring you there, where it hurts. Fighting as a means against violence. A paradox that can be found in the milieu of martial arts and there not only fights against prejudices. The film explores the question to what extent cultivated violence and fighting has a positive influence on our society and can change something in the future?

Violence has many faces and the topic is more present than ever. Following three different people and perspectives, “Full Contact” tackles the question of whether the positive aspects of fighting, with each other and against oneself outweigh the negative effects of violence on ourselves.

The film follows senior masters of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which are actually high school teachers, monks, and feminist martial arts activists to show how human fighting serves as both a means of self-defence and self-development, far beyond our imagination.
